CHNw and Ascend identified the University of Indianapolis to co-develop the Nursing Academy and secured a partnership.

Develop strategic infrastructure

We guide you and education partners through a structured process to develop a strategic plan detailing each component of the program lifecycle.

Ascend developed a strategic plan, executive summary, and program dashboard to guide the Nursing Academy.

Launch program

We support you in developing a launch plan to generate maximum publicity for all partners involved. 

Ascend supported the pipeline launch by creating a plan to connect to local media, develop marketing material content, and plan the kickoff event.
