The Vice President of Product Development will lead the ongoing development and execution of the Ascend Network platform and support technology to meet the organization’s objectives.
The Vice President of Network Operations will lead Ascend’s strategic and operational responsibilities related to the Ascend Network focused on connecting individuals with internships, jobs, and work-based learning opportunities across the state.
The Social Media and Marketing Intern will help further Ascend’s vision by developing content for Ascend’s social media platforms; designing innovative strategies to drive social media engagement; creating branded images and other collateral; analyzing data to measure progress; and supporting Ascend’s ongoing marketing and communications efforts as needed.

The Client Development Manager will focus on growing the number of employers utilizing the Ascend Network to connect to talent.
The Consulting Analyst plays a critical role in closing our state’s talent gaps through developing and delivering comprehensive talent pipeline and strategic plan solutions for central Indiana clients.
