This report, compiled by Ascend Indiana and EmployIndy, aims to thoroughly examine the short- and long-term impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic statewide and locally. The report’s scope reflects the partners’ shared priorities to better align talent supply with employer demand and close gaps in education and workforce readiness between racial, ethnic, and socio-economic groups, as well as gender.
