Under Boyle’s direction, the Roche Women’s Leadership Initiative has since expanded into a robust Diversity & Inclusion initiative that now includes seven additional Roche Business Resource Groups. In addition to her work at Roche, she is an active member of the Talent Summit, a group of HR and business leaders from Central Indiana businesses that meets quarterly to discuss talent recruitment and retention challenges and solutions.
