WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Leading the Way

Creating a workforce system that benefits all employers and Hoosiers takes a collective effort. That’s why Ascend Indiana works with employers, educators, community leaders and public-sector partners to identify workforce gaps, tackle common challenges, and develop solutions. Together, they’re working to ensure more job seekers and employers thrive in Indiana’s evolving economy.

One way we are doing this is through the Ascend Workforce Council.
