Indiana is at an inflection point—Ascend’s Workforce Council is meeting the challenge.  Our Workforce Council unites industry leaders to address the gap between available jobs and the Hoosiers prepared to fill them.

The council is led by an esteemed group of employers that make up the Steering Committee and will include upwards of 200 partners who will uncover workforce development opportunities and develop solutions. At the same time, Council members exchange best practices and learn from a broad spectrum of industry thought leaders about proven workforce development strategies and policies.
