Ascend Indiana is one of seven organizations nationwide selected to receive a Strada Education Foundation grant to strengthen the role of employer intermediaries, organizations that connect employers with education and workforce partners.

Through Strada’s Intermediary Learning Collaborative, Ascend will work with 23 intermediaries across Indiana, using Strada’s Framework for Effective Employer Intermediaries to provide coaching and capacity-building support that strengthens employer engagement and expands work-based learning opportunities. Insights from the initiative will help inform future statewide workforce and education policy.
