Advancing Innovation Through Collaboration

The Ascend Indiana Workforce Council is a statewide network of cross-sector employers working together to solve Indiana’s most urgent workforce challenges. It exists to ensure that employer perspectives directly shape the policies, programs, and partnerships that influence how Hoosiers prepare for and connect to work — from K–12 to adult education, and from short-term training to long-term careers.

 

Through quarterly convenings, targeted working groups, and access to actionable data and research, Council members help identify talent gaps, inform education and training strategies, and build stronger pathways into high-demand jobs.
