Pathways to Good and Promising Jobs in Metro Indianapolis

Overview

This report, a 2020 talent supply and demand analysis conducted by Burning Glass in partnership with EmployIndy, follows the Brookings Institution report “Advancing Opportunity in Central Indiana” to expand upon the pathways available in Metro Indianapolis to good and promising jobs. In it, we identified the jobs most beneficial to Indianapolis area residents, businesses, and the regional economy; indicated education and certification requirements that workers should have; identified the existing pathways available to these jobs; and analyzed education and training program opportunities that lead to good and promising jobs.
